Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shophuntlocal.com and any purchase of products or services from Hunt Local LLC, operating as Hunt Local Custom Art ("Hunt Local," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and custom orders

Hunt Local creates custom digital taxidermy artwork, mini mounts, and related hunting-themed products. Custom artwork is produced from reference photos you provide. You represent that you own or have the rights to any photo you upload, and you grant Hunt Local a license to use those photos to produce your order and, unless you opt out, to display finished work as portfolio examples.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• An order is accepted when payment is captured and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if we cannot fulfill it, including supply or production issues.

Turnaround, shipping, and delivery

Turnaround times listed on product pages are estimates from the date we receive all required reference photos. Shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Hunt Local. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Revisions and refunds

Because artwork is custom-made, revisions and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@shophuntlocal.com within 14 days of delivery for revision or refund requests. Custom artwork produced to specification is generally non-refundable once production has begun unless the issue is a defect on our side.

Intellectual property

All site content, artwork, product designs, logos, and text are owned by Hunt Local or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially redistribute Hunt Local artwork without written permission. Artwork produced for you is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

User conduct

You agree not to submit illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable reference material. We may refuse any order that conflicts with our standards or applicable law.

Third-Party Platforms

Hunt Local operates accounts and campaigns on third-party platforms, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Google Drive), TikTok, Etsy, and email service providers. When you interact with us on those platforms, your interaction is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. In particular:

• Our use of the Meta Graph API to publish content to and measure performance on our own Hunt Local Instagram and Facebook accounts is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Our use of Google API services to monitor advertising performance, track search visibility, manage business spreadsheets, and retrieve creative assets is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. These Google API integrations are internal business tools and do not access, process, or store personal data of Hunt Local customers.

Nothing in these Terms replaces or overrides a third-party platform's own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Local's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
